4Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Net33 supports a variety of popular and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed within seconds and withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to compliance with the relevant terms.

Deposit: The bank account or digital wallet used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the member's account. net33 reserves the right to reject deposits from unidentifiable or suspicious sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the net33 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

• Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the registered payment method once identity verification is complete.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of Terms are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance or bonuses.
• Members whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not permitted to create a new registration on the net33 platform.

11Amendment of Terms & Conditions
